Fabric Selections for garments include:
100% Cotton – the classic T shirt material, 100% cotton is light weight, breathes well, and absorbs moisture.
Ring Spun Cotton – Softer and Lighter weight than traditional cotton, resulting in this fabric being the most popular material for premium quality tees.
Cotton/Poly Blends – Popular blends range from 5% Poly/ 95% Cotton to 60%Poly/ 40% cotton. Blends are lighter weight with better moisture wicking properties than 100% cotton. These are popular as work shirts for those working outdoors.
100% Polyester Performance Fabric- Extremely light weight and stretchy, superior moisture wicking and fast drying. Polyester fabrics have a natural sun protection quality to them, making them extremely popular with those active in the outdoors.
Performance Blends – Polyester blended with other synthetic fibers such as modal or spandex to add stretch, warmth, or other desired properties.

SUBMITTING ARTWORK AND DESIGNS
When creating the screens that we use in the printing process, we must have the highest quality artwork possible. The finished product will never be better than the original art that was used to make the screen.
Ideally, we use original art that comes in a vector format.
Most digital computer images are in raster format (.jpg, or .gif), which often leaves the image appear out of focus when scaled for use on a garment, banner, or sign.
DON’T HAVE ARTWORK? We’ll work with you to create the perfect design and help you look great! For more complex work we have professional artists turn a concept into the finished product. We have artists available that offer very affordable services.
